A smile is born
Upon my lips

I am solid
I am refreshed
In my practice
Of happiness

I awaken

I have arrived
I am home
There is kindness
There is trust

I come back to
My body now
Breathing in
And breathing out

In this moment
This lovely moment
I am calm.....
I am well.....
